Message from De La Terre Skincare:
Dear Valued Clients
We consider all of you as part of the De La Terre Skincare family, so we wanted to update you on our status following hurricane, Helene.
As many of you might have seen on national and international news, this storm ravaged Asheville. The past week has been unimaginable for everyone. There is a collective grief and exhaustion, with anxiety and stress being very high. So many have lost everything! So many have either no or limited resources, such as water, electricity, WIFI, and cell service. This is one of the reasons I have not been able to communicate with you over the past week. But by the grace of God, I am safe, our staff is safe, and De La Terre Skincare is safe.
Many of De La Terre Skincare’s local affiliate spas have lost everything. The town of Marshall,NC was washed away with mud and water taking our beloved Spa at Capitola with it. I have been praying for their safety and all our clients in the Asheville area that have been devastated by this storm.
Many of you have reached out to check on myself and De La Terre Skincare, which truly has meant the world to me. I have received numerous inquiries about how you may help us as the city works to regain its footing. As a surviving small business, we must continue to lean forward even in the midst of all this destruction. So, if you have been watching TV or scrolling your phone as you watch all this unfold, and you feel impassioned to want to do something, you may help us by placing an order. To take this help a step further we also ask that you encourage your friends and family to do the same.
If you use Instagram or Facebook, I would like to ask that you share a post to let people know that De La Terre Skincare is safe and operational. Ask your followers to support us by placing orders. You can also forward this email to communicate our needs.
