I’m going to start adding items to re-home in the next few weeks. Most of these items I’ve acquired over my travels, displayed them, lived with them, loved them and admired them and now am ready to find a new admirer!
I will add what knowledge and description I can. I’m going to price reasonably in hopes of these items finding new homes that appreciate them.
I will start with this William Henry Machen (1832-1911) this may be a reproduction but one that’s very well done and still quite old. I’d guess 1920’s with a beautiful old oak frame.
21.75”x 19”
I purchased this at an auction for a bit more than I’m asking.

Well that was a fantastic 3 days of a sale!! So many wonderful people to cross our path.
It’s been an emotional crazy journey this past year where this humble little “camp” is concerned. These two women have been amazing!! Hard working, kind, compassionate, strong willed, feisty, loud 😉 😂 and just an absolute Rock not only for me, but to a frail woman that we had all admired in our youth and today. Her body has failed her but her strength of character remains ❤️
Time and distance sometimes creates a boundary that maybe wasn’t all together intentional but does indeed create a void. If anyone that knows me well, knows I believe in Devine intervention and I KNOW the 4 of us have felt it MANY times in this process.

These are NOT FOR SALE but I wanted to share them as they are now one of my favorite finds!
I was told these used to hang in my great-grandfather’s barber shop in Proctor. He was also a licensed sporting good dealer, he was probably given these advertisements by Wi******er for selling the ammunition. He would sell these items out of his Barber Shop. Can you imagine a day where you could get a high cut flat top and pick up a box of bullets at the same time??
I don’t remember much about the sporting items, but I do remember he had a display of candy which was probably for the kids he gave haircuts to…and JULIE 😁

These truly have a special meaning to me now as I’ve just purchased my great grandparents home. It started out as my great- grandpas “deer camp” later he turned it into their retirement home.
It will always be considered “CAMP” to my family ❤️
