The store in Bentleyville is closed. Costume inventory has been relocated to the ‘Costume Cottage’ located here on the farm at 65 Willock Rd in Fredericktown. There are some typical Halloween masquerade costumes available for purchase and you are welcome to stop by and look around.

Plus there is an Etsy store … Jest4FunEtc. Where I have pictures posted of a few costumes. There are still hundreds of costumes left from the store and I am slowly getting them uploaded to the internet. You can always call me at 724-321-1320 if you are seeking something special I might still have what you are looking for.

The doors at the store in Bentleyville have been closed for awhile but Jest For Fun is not really ‘dead n gone’. I have been busy (when here in PA) with selling the inventory. My store on Etsy is called Jest4FunEtc If you are curious as to what is listed, check it out. I have made over 90 sales now. It’s a lot of work photographing and listing the costumes, but items have traveled to all parts of the USA. Some have even gone to the Philippines! Imagine THAT!

It has been awhile since I have been back here in Pennsylvania. The Florida house is now done on the inside. I have been too busy working on the house there to post any costumes for sale, but I see the Furry Convention is now going on in Pittsburgh and that made me think about listing some of the remaining animal costumes. It was 1984...(a really difficult time in my life.) But the Good Lord knew the direction He wanted me to take. That's how Jest For Fun Costumes got started. But now it is time to move on to something else; and since I cannot be in two places at the same time (balmy breezes calling!!), I have decided to sell the costume inventory. i will be in town for another week and will have the doors open in the afternoons from 2 to 5 pm for folks to peruse the hundreds of costumes available for purchase. Thanks to all the nice folks who visited the store last week end. A lot of bargains went out the door. But there are still so many costumes to liquidate. If you missed the big sale, plan on stopping in this week from 3-5 pm and then on Saturday from 10-5. I will be in town another week before heading back to Florida.

By popular request the COSTUME SALE will be extended this week to accommodate those who could not come this past Friday and Saturday. A lot of folks found some terrific bargains but there is still much more to be liquidated. There are still a few Santa suits and Easter bunnies to be had. I will try to answer special requests.
