Bows by Tammy’s beaux-tique got a major upgrade & yall are going to LOVE all the Burlebo coming in she hasn’t put out yet! This layout is so much more functional, more open, & so much brighter it feels like a different space entirely! Big thanks to my contractor aka my husband (Noah) for opening up that wall for us btw!

🎄💜 **WE’RE HIRING FOR THE BUSY SEASON!** 💜🎄

The Benton Boutique is looking to add a **Seasonal Part-Time Retail Sales Associate** to our team as we head into our busiest time of the year! 🛍️✨

This is a **seasonal position with the possibility of staying on after the season** for the right person!

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, outgoing and ready to WORK. Boutique retail is fun, but especially during the holidays, we need someone who can jump in, stay busy, help customers and be part of the team without waiting to be told what to do next.

✨ **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:**

• Availability to work shifts **between 10 AM–6 PM Monday–Friday**
• Must be available to work **every other Saturday**
• Dependable & punctual
• Friendly, outgoing & genuinely good with people
• Motivated, energetic & able to take initiative
• Comfortable helping customers and making recommendations
• Comfortable participating in **social media photos, videos & live videos**
• Willing to help with cleaning, straightening, restocking, merchandising, tagging inventory, content creation & all the little things that keep a boutique running
• Able to stay productive during slower periods
• **Retail experience preferred**

📱 **Social media is part of this position.** You do not have to be an influencer, but you DO need to be comfortable being photographed, appearing in videos and occasionally participating in live videos for the boutique.

🎄 **ABOUT THE POSITION:**
This position is being added for our busy **fall + holiday season**, but we would LOVE to find someone who ends up being such a great fit that we can keep them on afterward!

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the team, takes pride in doing a good job and understands that in a small business, everybody pitches in. 💜

It’s almost shopping season so we want to hear from YOU! We’re evaluating whether or not to open back up on Mondays & if so, what hours? Historically, Monday doesn’t have enough traffic to even pay the bills & Tuesday barely ever does. So with that being said, do we
