📣📣Preorder 13 Update 📣📣

We have officially heard from our manufacturer regarding Preorder 13. At this time, production is scheduled to finish on June 2, and the order will then ship to TPTC.

First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize that this preorder is running so far behind schedule. You all trusted us with your orders, and I never take that lightly.

As I shared in a previous post, Preorders 12, 13, and 14 were all run during one of the hardest season our family has ever faced, our sweet Axl’s Glioblastoma diagnosis, brain surgery, and radiation treatments at St. Jude. I want to be completely transparent about that. However, I also do not want that to come across as an excuse, because our customers deserve priority and communication as well.

In the middle of trying to hold onto some sense of normalcy during our storm, I chose not to pause preorders. Unfortunately, I also fell short in some areas operationally, including getting invoices submitted as quickly as they should have been, which contributed to ETAs falling behind schedule. For that, I take full responsibility.

Because this preorder has experienced significant delays, if you would like to request a size change or a refund for your order, please email us at [email protected] and I will happily accommodate you.

📣✨Preorder 14 originally had an ETA of May. As soon as I receive an updated ETA from our manufacturer, I will make a separate post with all details and updates.

I have also specifically requested that all 🇺🇸 holiday-specific 🇺🇸 pieces be expedited in production. In the event those items arrive ahead of the remaining preorder pieces, I am prepared to split ship those items to customers.

I also want to thank each and every one of you for the kindness, patience, prayers, and grace you have shown our family during the absolute nightmare we are living through right now. TPTC means so much to me. I have poured my heart and soul into this business, and I will continue fighting for it and for all of you who continue to stand beside us.🎗️🙏

✨ Preorder 12: Transition to Spring – Update ✨

I want to take a moment to give you all a transparent update on Preorder 12.

We received word from our manufacturer that the remaining pieces of this preorder are expected to be completed and ready to ship to us between March 10–15.

All holiday-specific items from this preorder have already shipped previously.

I also want to share something from the heart. Preorders 12 and 13 were run during the very beginning of Axl’s Glioblastoma diagnosis. That season was the hardest our family has ever walked through. While we worked hard to submit orders as quickly as possible, navigating hospital stays, appointments, and life-altering news did impact timelines more than we would have ever wanted.

We actually considered pausing the business during that time. But staying busy with TPTC gave us a small sense of normalcy when our entire world felt turned upside down. Pouring into this brand and this community was a distraction we truly needed in the middle of chaos.

That is not an excuse — it’s simply honesty. And you deserve transparency.

We are incredibly grateful for your patience and support through it all. It truly does not go unnoticed.
