TPTC PREORDER UPDATE 🤍
PO14 SUMMER • PO15 FALL • PO16 CHRISTMAS + WHAT’S COMING NEXT
I wanted to take a moment to give everyone a full update on our outstanding preorders, as well as share a little about what is coming next for TPTC.
☀️ PO14: SUMMER
We finally have an updated production timeline for PO14.
Our manufacturer will be closed for holiday until September 3, and their production department has given us an ETA of no later than September 28 for PO14 to ship to TPTC. They have prioritized our order and are working to have it completed and shipped sooner if at all possible.
PO14 was our largest preorder to date, and I know it has also been our most frustrating.
I want to be completely transparent about why.
This order was paused for a period of time while we restructured TPTC and secured the funding needed to stabilize our company and its future following the unexpected circumstances our family faced after Axl’s cancer diagnosis.
This delay was not the fault of our manufacturer.
Because of the significant delay, we issued refunds to the majority of customers who requested them. However, even after those refunds were issued, we did not cancel those pieces from production. Every item originally ordered through PO14 remained in our production order.
And while that certainly wasn’t how we planned it, there is a pretty exciting silver lining…
We are going to have TONS of Spring & Summer merchandise READY TO SHIP! 🌸☀️
While many companies are currently beginning preorders for next Spring and Summer, much of ours will already be sitting right here at TPTC, ready to ship. So if you missed PO14-or received a refund because you simply couldn’t wait any longer—you’ll have another opportunity to grab those pieces without the preorder wait!
🍂 PO15: FALL
PO15 is scheduled to ship to TPTC no later than September 30 and has also been prioritized, so there is a good possibility it will ship sooner.
The original ETA for PO15 was to begin shipping to TPTC in September, which means PO15 remains ON TIME. 🙌🏻
🎄 PO16: CHRISTMAS
PO16 is currently scheduled to ship to TPTC during the first week of October.
Its original ETA was to begin shipping to TPTC in October, so PO16 also remains ON TIME.
And Christmas isn’t stopping there. ❤️
We have also been quietly working behind the scenes on merchandise that you haven’t seen us sneak yet!
In addition to the Christmas pieces ordered through our preorders, we have LOTS of additional Christmas pieces perfect for school, Christmas parties, and family Christmas fun nights scheduled to ship toward the end of October/beginning of November, and these will be READY TO SHIP!
We are SO excited for you to see these pieces.
We know Christmas preorders were run incredibly early this year throughout the boutique world, and some of you simply weren’t ready to shop for Christmas months ago.

Thank you for the love, the prayers, the grace and the support you have shown TPTC and our family through what has undoubtedly been one of the hardest seasons of our lives.
I know that because of the delays we experienced, we lost the trust of some customers. I understand that. Trust isn’t something I expect anyone to give simply because I ask for it, it is something we have to earn through our actions.
So rather than asking you to take my word for it, I hope you’ll watch what happens next.
PO15 is on schedule.
PO16 is on schedule.
New Ready-to-Ship inventory is already in production.
And TPTC is operating normally and moving forward.
We have made significant changes behind the scenes to the way our business operates. One of the most important things we learned through everything our family experienced last fall was that TPTC needed systems in place that allowed the business to continue operating even during times when I could not be as present.
Those changes have been made.
TPTC means so much to our family. What began as a dream became our reality, and even after everything this past year brought our way, we are still here, and stronger, wiser and more prepared for the future than ever before.
We are so excited to continue doing what we love: dressing your littles in the sweetest clothing and watching these pieces become part of your family’s memories. 🤍
And I couldn’t make this post without giving God all the glory.
There were moments over this past year when I truly didn’t know what the future would look like, for Axl, for our family, or for TPTC.
But God has answered prayers.
For our Axl.
For our family.
For stability.
For TPTC.
And through so many of YOU.
To every person who prayed for our boy, prayed for our family, supported our small business, placed an order, shared a post, sent an encouraging message, extended grace or simply stayed with us through the hard…
