I am going to pick up my machine in a bit, if the test goes well. They are testing now.
I have 4 Christmas quilts to do then back to the list.

Ok kinda lone post.
Most of you are wondering why I give BSewInn a chance. It’s because of them I have my business, Phyllis went out of her way to help me get financed and she help me get started. Now all I hear is how bad BaSewInn is and how their customer service has been terrible. I hear about people that buy long arms and don’t get help with how to use them. I really wanted a good relationship with them so I could help anyone that buys one. I have worked with mine for 7 years. So I do know a little about the machine. Other places have it set up so you can make an appointment and get it fixed that day.
(As long as no parts need to be ordered)
Saturday will be one month that it’s be at BSewInn. That just tells me something is wrong in the way they help people who bought and run a business with one of their machines.
Today will confirm or maybe help change the way they help businesses!
Thank you for being patient and I promise one way or another this won’t happen again.

Good Thursday morning griffinfamilyquilting fans.
I am going to BSewInn at 10:30 to get educated on the newest BabyLock Regelia at 10:30.
I will be getting the real truth about my machine and hopefully they tell me it will be fixed by tomorrow.

So before I could call BSewInn they called me. Hannah said that Marcy was well and she could schedule me to work on their machine. I told Hanna that this week will be a month and I really need my machine back. A business can’t afford to be down a month and especially in their busiest month. She said that their tech was sick also, but she would talk to August and call me back to give me a definite time frame.
No call back yesterday so maybe today.

To set the timing is less than an hour to do, I know because I had someone do it.
And if you clean and oil and set the time it takes about 1 hr 20 minutes. If you can’t find 1 1/2 hours for a business in 30 days I have to change something.

Just want the service A business should expect!!!

I will call BSewInn again this morning to see where we stand.
It will be a month this week.
A business can’t afford being down a month. Arggg
I will push to get it back this week.

Good morning
I was going to BeSewInn yesterday and they called and canceled.
Someone was sick.
Maybe they will call today.
I am just ready to get back to doing quilts for you guys.
Also I will be contacting a place in Tulsa that works on long arms and see if their services are faster than here.
It is so hard for a business to be down for a month at a time. They don’t seem to understand that, and if I were the owner I would make sure that I took care of the people who bought from me and started a business.
I will take the highest of care so that this does not happen again.
I am trying to be so patient, just like you guys.
Thanks again we love you all.

I just talked to BSewInn
My machine will be another couple weeks. (They don’t get in a hurry, business or not)
But I am going in tomorrow to see if I can use their machine again. They said it was fine.
If I can I will get on any presents that I have here.

I know you are as Eager as I am to get your quilts back. I will call and check in with BSewInn at 10 and see if they can give me a return date. Thank you for being patient, and again I am sorry for the delay.
IF YOU want to come get any quilts and take to someone else, that is OK, I would understand. Just want that out there.
With that said, I will try to get some sort of completion date for you today.
