Promotional Apparel & Goods Sales Rep
For French Press Printing
Role Description:
- Sell branded apparel and promotional goods (t-shirts, hats, mugs, etc.) to interested clients.
- Initially paid at a flat hourly rate, then transition to a commission-based pay structure.
- Candidate located in Northern VA
Pay Structure:
- Starting Pay: $20/hour for 2-week training period at 10hrs per week —learning the products, marketing materials, client outreach, etc.
- After Training / After Initial Period: Move to commission-based earnings.
- Commission rate: 10% to 20% of sales, depending on product margin.

- Provides immediate income (hourly) followed by the possibility of higher earnings through commissions.

Qualifications:
