unch of prototypes, sent them in with her and with thier guidelines and the guidelines from the director of nursing at her hospital, came up wiht a final design. they recommended the type and quality of fabrics, type of elastic and ties, mearurements and fit. We have donated hundreds and hundreds of masks to hospitals, disabled veterans, nursing homes, homeless selters, first responders, etc. The proceeds we get from mask sales fund those donations. Our goal is to be a part of the solution, not the problem. To help all of us get to a day when we no longer need these. I am a caterer and own a cleaning company. Sewing masks, although I am passionate about doing it, is not my career. I do it because God has blessed me with the skill and the equipment, the space and means to do it. This is a labor of love not only for me but for my ‘lil sis” now as well. We will continue to do it so long as the need is there. Our fabrics are of the highest quality, tight weave. They are wahsed and pre-shrunk before we cut so that you don’t have to worry about shrinkage. The elastic is more comfortable than quarter inch and holds up just as well. We double it so that you can adjust it if you need to. It is triple stitched into the mask. The wire nose is coated double thick wire sewn into the top seam to stay put, be flexible and it won’t rust. We make 5 sizes to insure you get the right fit. Each mask is sanitized again before pacjaging and shipping. The pleats are steam set so when you take your mask off or wash it, one tug on the ends snaps it right back inot place. there is a prayer and much love put into eahc mask.
