Thought of the day…

Owning a small business is anything but small.

It’s endless hours of preparation, it’s always learning and growing, it’s taking tremendous risks and accepting failures along with the wins. It’s balancing family time and business needs, it’s being present for your kids and growing a successful business. It’s ALL problem solving. It’s sacrificing. Its stressful. It’s figuring it out as we go. It’s anything but small.

When I hear “it must be nice to be able to own your own business” I really want to say is “yes, it is” but I don’t. What those people who say that don’t know is that, yes, it is nice, but it’s also gut wrenching. It’s sleepless nights. It’s not having a day off because a small business owner is always working. It’s always thinking and doing things to better your business. It’s your brain never shutting off, always working on the next idea, the “Just hear me out…” ideas. It’s anything but small.

But… it’s also freedom. It’s so rewarding....
When you support a small business, you are seeing a very small portion of what they do. It's hard work and we definitely don't get PTO or can't call in sick!!!

Please be kind to all your family business friends, we are trying our best 💞 you may not be able to financially afford to support your friend or family members small business, but you can do the small things!

A simple share, a comment, or referral to their posts helps them out a lot more than you think it does. So to all my friends & family can I get a simple share, comment, like ? You don’t have to buy to support but the small things help in the Facebook algorithm.
