Greene 9/11 Remembrance
The Greene American Legion Post 692 🇺🇸 is facilitating a 9/11 Remembrance on 9/11 on the Greene Ball Flats starting at 8:30 AM remembering all the innocents that died that day and afterwards 25 years ago. We will be playing TAPS at the time each plane crashed. We will have a fifth TAPS honoring those who died since 2001 because of lingering issues since then to this day. In case of rain the Remembrance will be held under the pavilion. Greene is thankful to those who went down there including our brave Firefighters, EMTs, Law Enforcement, and search dogs and handlers. People are welcome to come and go as the remembrance will last for close to two hours
