ain, The Parr Family is jumping back into the gym business, but this time a little more Hardcore and a little more exclusive!! This summer (2022) they plan to open the Fit Life Hardcore - Bootcamp & Training Facility in Blackshear, GA. This time with limited memberships, and more emphasis on hardcore training, including sports and athletic training, daily bootcamps, and yes, even back into competition training!! Of course their Fit Life Apparel line is better than ever!!

My goal was to see a number starting with a 3 on the scale this morning. I didn’t quite hit it, but I did lose nearly 13lbs in May. Normally I would’ve seen a missed deadline as a reason to throw in the towel, but 13lbs gone in a month is a massive win.

The timeline shifts slightly, but the destination doesn’t change. I am days away from hitting that 399 mark and earning my beard back.

The ultimate target remains locked in: 330lbs by November 15th when I turn 33.
