May 2nd was the biggest and busiest Prom weekend, we had in/around area 6 schools on Saturday and 2 schools Friday, Took almost all my energy and time to get through all Alterations and custom work to get all Prom attendees ready for this very important day in their lives. As every year I am seen so many absolutely gorgeous young ladies, their stunning beautiful dresses, young men who needed suit adjustments or custom bow tie or tie. I absolutely love this time of the year, even it is very busy time and exhausting. Proms will continue till end of May, but I know I will look back one day, and I will remember so many happy faces and smiles leaving my studio, knowing that they will look absolutely beautiful 🤩 with good fitted dress or suit. I appreciate all my clients who trusted and trust me all their beautiful gorgeous dresses and other attires.
This year is also special for me, as my son also attended his junior prom. Kids looked so beautiful 🤩 And I had chance to set up backdrop for their Prom 2026

When sewing or pinning, wear gloves, protect your fingers from being poked by pins or needle 🪡
I always poking my fingers especially when pinning dresses on client with safety pins. Oh, that’s always very painful 😣 Finally I found solution. Gloves are soft, fingers tips on gloves are thicker and protected, needle will still go through but not easy and even if it touching skin, it’s not painful and not deep.
