Bertie Blue Shop We are a sister owned shop that sells sea creatures handmade from repurposed materials out of Charlo She is always learning, tinkering, and creating new things.

Bertie Blue Shop is the creative endeavor of two sisters, Kirsten and Kendal. Kendal's son, Henry, is the perfect customer for all things cute, so he inspired some of our first handmade sea creatures. We are passionate about using repurposed materials, and everything is made with love on our grandmother's 1954 Singer sewing machine. We are inspired every day by family, friends, and other makers. Kendal is an elementary school teacher and new mom. She has a killer eye for design and is always full of ideas. She makes managing work, life, family, and Bertie Blue look easy.
