Ok this one is seriously rare.

This original 1960s Jack in the Box order station came out of a California location and has been completely restored, including the built in intercom, microphone and amplifiers. Most of these were destroyed when Jack in the Box moved away from the original clown design, making surviving examples incredibly difficult to find.

At the time, ordering food by speaking into a box was still so unfamiliar that Jack in the Box had to tell customers that “Jack” would speak to them.

The menu alone is a time capsule. Cheeseburgers 29¢. Hamburgers 24¢. Tacos 25¢.
