Spent my Friday night at PBR and now I’m even MORE excited for December. 🤠🐂🔥

Night one at Thunder Ridge was a good one, and we’re headed back for round two tonight! But all I could think about was the fact that in just a few months… CBB WILL BE IN VEGAS FOR NFR. 😭🎰🤠

📣 CBB IS HIRING! 🤠🖤

This picture was taken at one of my very first shows after taking over CBB, and it’s kinda crazy looking back at it now. 🥹

With more shows coming up, lots happening behind the scenes 👀 and some BIG goals for CBB, I’ve realized I need to add another person to the team!

I’m looking for a FULL-TIME Boutique Operations & Social Media Associate who wants to jump into all the craziness, learn every side of CBB and grow right along with me.🖤

📍 Based out of Joplin, MO — this is an IN-PERSON position and is NOT work from home.
💰 $17–$20/hour depending on experience
🚗 Travel is required for vendor shows, events & future CBB growth
🛍️ Employee discount + CBB clothing perks

I’m looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, loyal, motivated & looking for something long-term
• Is outgoing, friendly & genuinely enjoys working with people
• Is willing to travel and work some weekends for shows & events
• Is comfortable being VERY present on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & potentially other platforms
• Can help create content, take photos/videos & isn’t afraid to be on camera
• Has good computer skills and can learn new programs quickly
• Is organized, takes initiative & doesn’t need step-by-step direction for everything
• Communicates well and can hop on a phone call when needed
• Loves western fashion, styling outfits & what I like to call playing dress up 😂🤠

💻 Shopify knowledge/experience is a HUGE bonus and HIGHLY preferred!

This isn’t just a sales-floor position. You’ll be involved in social media, customers, inventory, online orders, vendor shows, styling, content creation and the everyday behind-the-scenes of running CBB.

There is also opportunity to grow into a management role. My goal is to find someone who wants to stick around, learn CBB inside and out, take on more responsibility over time and eventually become someone I can trust as my right-hand person. 🖤

CBB is growing and changing, so I need someone who gets excited about growing and changing right along with it!
