Hey friends! I have a little life update for ya! Though I chose to keep it quiet, a few of you may already know that I left Lee's Front Porch Boutique last month and started a job that is not only closer to home but offers a little more financial stability for myself. It was not an easy or lighthearted decision. I love the family that I found (and that found me) on Main Street and there are SO many faces and friends that I will miss seeing regularly. Many of you have made such a huge impact on my life in the last 3 years and I will never be able to thank you enough. Here's to the next chapter and the next adventure!

🙄 Any other artist friends get annoyed by this? Like, yes, I do have a job that is my main source of income, but that shouldn't invalidate my art-- or even someone else's. I know so many people who make their living off of their art, people who have been able to leave corporate jobs because of their art.
