Local models will walk a runway wearing the latest in nautical haute couture in the seventh Fishin’ For Fashion show this weekend (Saturday, June 18) at Bristol Marine/The Shipyard, 120 Commercial St., Boothbay Harbor at 2 p.m. This will be our 7th year participating and there are always surprises, beyond the designs, thanks to emcee Michael Maxim!

All designs take form using only fishing industry materials and gear and, if you’ve never been to this fashion show, you can only imagine what the clothing might be like. Time to change that, because they are outstanding, one-of-a-kind garments.
