I haven't made freshies in almost a year. Today I broke back out the supplies and I'm working on a couple of orders. It's hard for me to not give anything I do my full attention. Half way into making this freshie, I had to go chase a feral little miniature that thought she should go run with the big horses. 🤦🏽‍♀️Y'all bear with me as I learn to balance family life, farm life, business, and chasing my kid's rodeo dreams. I will only be taking custom orders for the unforeseeable future. What does that mean? All premade freshies will be clearanced because I can no longer do events. My next free weekend is November 15th and I'm hoping to have a blow out sale then.

I haven't posted in a long time...Honestly, I wasn't sure if I would start making freshies again. Over the past 3 years my health had gotten horrible. My family would get little colds that would last a couple of days, that same cold would linger with me for months. I never felt good, my joints ached, and I was permanently exhausted. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 3 years ago, so it seemed that was the cause of all my issues.
We moved a couple of months ago and discovered black mold on the back of my bedroom furniture. 🤯 After furniture was thrown away, everything was scrubbed, every piece of clothing washed multiple times and a new environment, my health has finally improved. 🙌🏽 I have energy, the cough I've had for 6 months is almost gone, and my joints feel so much better.

So with that being said, I'm going to have a starting over sale in the next couple of weeks. All already made freshies will be deeply discounted. I'm trying to decide how to best do the sale (garage sale, fb live, or make a page with everything on it). How would yall like to see it done?

I'm hoping to start taking orders again in the next month. I don't want to rush back into it and set my health back again. It has been a long, exhausting road I don't want to go back down.

Ok y'all! This is going to be a lot of information in one post so bear with me. We had to miss out on our Christmas events to take care of our horse. That left us with a ton of candy. Under each Christmas themed package I will put how many we have of each and their price. They can be filled with plain, berry, or sour "leprechaun rocks" or "kick rocks sweet tarts"

ALL CANDY IS AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE!!!

For my normally packaged candy, I'm going to list the type, size, price and amounts I have below. To order, send this page a message of what you would like and your choice of pickup locations. Candy is first come, first served and is prepay only by Venmo or cashapp. If you want your items shipped, there is an $8 flat rate shipping.

These are my pickup times and locations:
Greenwood Tractor supply 12/22 at 1 PM
Brookshire's in Benton (Hwy 3) 12/22 at 5 PM
Brookshire's in Benton (Hwy 3) 12/23 at 12 PM
Brookshire's on Airline Drive 12/23 at 6 PM.

I must have a 3 hour window to get your order ready for pickup. I will only be at each location for 30 minutes. Please be on time, we have to stay on schedule to be able to give the horse meds on time.

We made the very difficult decision to withdraw from the Benton Christmas Parade today. Today is day 33 of trying to save this beautiful boy's eye. He has to have his medicine 5 times a day through a special tube that drips it into his eye. We knew being vendors today would keep us from giving his meds and we had to put him first.
We have 1500 car freshies and so many containers of freeze dried candy that I can't even count all of them. Monday I will start posting candy and Christmas freshies. Then I will start posting the rest of the freshies.

Thank you everyone for your support and patience during this time. Please pray for Dasher's eye and that we are doing enough to save it.

Y'all please forgive me for not getting to messages quickly. This beautiful boy had to have surgery on his leg. The day of his surgery we discovered he had the start of an infection in his eye. It has become a full time job to save his eye. My day starts at 5 AM and we go all day until 10 Pm making sure he gets the meds he needs. His recovery will be another 4-6 weeks.

We will be at the Benton Christmas parade with our car freshies and freeze dried candy. With our current time restrictions, I'm not going to be able to make as many car freshies as I'd hoped. We will still have a huge selection and I'm trying to have something for everyone. If there is something specific you'd like us to make for you to pick up at the parade, please let me know and I'll make sure it's there for you.

This is probably the most real post from a mom and a small business owner that you'll ever read. This broken light on the horse trailer made me break down crying Sunday morning. Normally I'd just grab a ladder, climb up there and fix it, but that morning you might as well have asked me to pick up the trailer and carry it.
I've been running on empty. I haven't had a day off in 2 months to just do nothing. Getting ready for mudbug madness I was putting in 18 hour days in the craftroom. The past 4 weeks, since mudbug, I have gone non-stop. 2 of those weeks I was so sick it took all I had to get out of bed. I'm still not 💯 better. Today and tomorrow I'm trying to get my house clean. You can imagine the laundry that is backed up when you're gone all day and only come home to sleep. 🤦🏽‍♀️
I want to apologize to everyone for not getting to messages. I haven't been able to give my business 💯 because I haven't had anything left to give lately. Thankfully things are slowing down and I'm adjusting to changes we've made. We went from boarding all of our horses at a full care facility to having 1 there, 2 at our land, and us living at another house. I've literally been driving circles around our town all day.
Y'all please give me a few more days and I promise I'll be back to our quick turnaround and the service you all deserve.

Good morning y'all! First, I'd like to thank everyone that made it out to Mudbug Madness to support us! Each and every purchase you make from us means the world to us.
Unfortunately, right after mudbug I got SICK, like big sick. I couldn't cook freshies because inhaling the smells made my lungs feel like they were on fire.
I'm still not 💯, but I'm getting there. I'll be returning messages, over the next couple of days and I I'll slowly start making freshies again. We have so many new molds we are excited to make for y'all!
