The main focus of The Aligned Soul is to enlighten every soul we can possibly reach on healing through the Chakra blockages most of us are not even aware we have.
Chakra blockages can happen from early childhood trauma, abusive relationships, too much stress in your day to day life (physically, mentally OR, emotionally), anxiety, depression, self destructive behaviors, eating unhealthy foods that drain/feed off of you instead of fueling you, allowing ‘energy vampires’ into your life that can drain you of your life force/vitality through any unhealed wound you may not even be unaware of.
