Your window treatment brief needs a daytime section and an evening section.
Start with two lists:
• Daytime: when you use the room, what you do there and what light you want to keep.
• Evening: when the lights are on, which outside sightlines matter and what you want to screen from view.
Bring both lists, one wide room photo and a separate photo of each window to your consultation. These notes help us discuss the needs of your room more clearly.
