This one’s for the boys.
The brothers, the friends, the fathers, the teammates, the guys who hold it down even when no one’s asking how they’re doing.
Men’s Mental Health Month is a reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone. And honestly… you shouldn’t. The strongest people we know are the ones who actually speak up, check in, and let their people show up for them.
At Find The Good, we’ve had some of our favorite conversations with guys who never thought they’d open up. On hikes, in airports, at pop-ups, during photoshoots. Someone grabs a hoodie, smiles, and says, “Man…I needed this today.” And suddenly we’re talking about real stuff. Life stuff. The good, the complicated, and everything in between.
So boys – we appreciate you.
The dads, the students, the weekend warriors, the quiet leaders, the loud ones, the ones still figuring it out. You make this community better just by being in it.
This month, send that text, make that call.
Reach out to your boys, your brothers, your teammates, your coworkers.
Grab a coffee. Go for a drive. Ask how they’re actually doing.
Sometimes the smallest check-in can change someone’s whole week.
Keep showing up. Keep finding the good.
We’re with you - every step of the way.
Send this post to the guys who need it most 🙌
