Luvlylady Trends

Thank you for choosing to shop with Luvlylady Trends. In our effort to insure customer satisfaction, we take the time to check our products prior to making available to our customers. All products are also inspected during packaging for shipping. We have provided our list of policies and shipping and ordering process.

- [ ] Placing an order: Orders

are placed via messenger. Be sure to include screenshots, quantity and email address. Once order is confirmed, an invoice for payment will be emailed to customer. All Invoices must be paid within 24 hrs of receiving.

- [ ] Payment: payment is made via PayPal. All invoices must be paid within 24 hrs.

- [ ] Exchange & Returns
1. No refund or exchanges on ANY used items.
2. All Items must be returned in its original packaging.
3. Customer must be able to provide an invoice number.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns and exchanges.
5. Return and exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase.

- [ ] Shipping: Please allow 3-4 business days for shipping.
1. Orders can’t Not be cancelled once shipped.
2. Luvlylady Trends is not responsible for orders once shipped. A tracking number is provided to the consumer once shipped.
3. All customers will receive a tracking number once order is shipped. Pre orders are offered on products not currently in stock. Please allow time for product to reach us. Once we have received our shipment an email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
