The fastest-growing sport in America is continuing to take over. Now, at the Natick Mall, there are plans for a 21-court pickleball facility to move into the old Neiman Marcus building.
“Boston-based real estate developer The Bulfinch Cos. Inc. is moving forward with a new plan to put a giant pickleball club at the Natick Mall’s former Neiman Marcus store,” NBC Boston reported. Initially, this space was in the running to be a lab building. That plan recently fell through, now opening the door for pickleball to take over.

1. Words of Affirmation
2. Acts of Service
3. Receiving Gifts
4. Quality Time
5. Physical Touch

As for the “Five Love Languages of Pickleball,” this seems to be spot on!!!

Are your serves feeling a little…out of control?? 🤪

Odds are you are not making contact with the ball in front of your body, instead it’s happening behind your body. So here’s what to think about next time you serve:

⭐️ Elbow out in front of your belly button
⭐️ “Break your wrist” to the right (opposite if you’re left handed)
⭐️ Let gravity pull your paddle down
⭐️ Contact point out in front
⭐️ Follow through all the way towards your target

🔥 Simple rules for correct posture.

1️⃣ In the plank exercise, do not bend the lower back
2️⃣ Lift objects with a straight loin using your legs, not your back.
3️⃣ Hold the phone straight in front of you.
4️⃣ Keep your posture even so that it doesn’t happen.
