Sh*t That I Knit is a knitwear company based out of Boston, MA. Our Founder and CKO (Chief Knitting Officer), Christina, learned how to knit as a 10 year old in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and kept up quite the habit. As we head into our third season selling knit sh*t, we now employ a group of women in Lima, Peru who are much better knitters than we are. Each piece in our knitwear collection is of the highest quality and is knit with hand-dyed Peruvian merino wool, alpaca, or cashmere.

Have you ever been to Costco on a Sunday?! Torture. But if you get there before 10am itā€™s veryyyyy exclusive with the Executive Members only. I tested it out and can attest itā€™s very civilized!

I take creatine every day and notice a HUGE difference in my ability to build muscle when I take it consistently. Do yourself a favor and start taking creatine (if you can). I like to check that supplements are third party tested and I usually switch brands just in case thereā€™s an issue. Orgain

These Built Bar protein bars are SO yummy and a great hit of protein. I love them!

I had the realization the other day that I never have to suffer through a cold without medicine again! Loading up on all of the medicine for this time of yearā€¦ little kids are walking germs.

Also always have tons of backup kids medicine. Itā€™s never fun to be up with a sick kid and realize you donā€™t have any Tylenol.

Sorry fancy seltzer lovers, the Costco seltzer is great.
