The shop’s lookin’ downright happy this morning, all these bright dishes and colorful little treasures sitting here like they’re just waitin’ to go home with somebody who appreciates a good pop of color and a little personality.

If your kitchen’s been feeling a bit too serious lately, we’ve got plenty here to fix that. It’s giving “Sunday supper at Grandma’s” but with a little extra sass.

Doors swing open at 11 AM, and the coffee’s already kicked in, so come on by and poke around a spell. You never know what’s gonna catch your eye in this place.

Fun Fact (or at least it should be!): Legend says that keeping a rooster in the kitchen is a sign of good luck and protection. 🐓 They’re said to ward off the "glooms" and welcome a fresh start. Whether it’s true or not, they sure look cute on a shelf!

Ever wonder why some Japanese cups are tiny and others are bowl-shaped? 🍵🍶
Fun Fact: In a traditional Japanese set like this one, you’re looking at two different worlds! The larger, wider cups are for tea (chawan), while the small, narrow ones are for sake (ochoko). The sake cups are small because of a tradition called oshaku, it’s considered polite to constantly refill your companion’s drink rather than letting them do it themselves. It’s all about hospitality!

🌼 A Glimpse Through the Shop Tomorrow🌼
When I look around at these shelves, I see more than just items. I see parts of a journey that started long before today. Some things have been in my family for a long time, some only a little while, and some are brand new finds that just felt too special not to share. I’ve always had a soft spot for unique glassware, even as a kid picking out the little things that felt special for reasons I couldn’t explain. Seeing those kinds of pieces here now feels like a quiet full circle moment.

Some things were chosen because they made me smile. Some because they reminded me of home. Some because they were crafted with the kind of care you can feel just by holding them. Some are new and never used. And some were simply gathered because I thought someone out there might love them as much as we did. Every single item has been specially curated with that in mind.

There have been late nights, early mornings, and weekends spent bringing all of this together, but every bit of it has been done with heart. These photos are just a small glimpse of the things that caught my eye and made me think, someone out there will love this too.
