Mindfulness Moment with Tendi Sherpa

HIMALI CoFounder Tendi Sherpa grew up in a remote village of Nepal. Before leaving his village to become a mountain guide, Tendi lived in a Buddhist Monastery for 7 years training to become a monk. In this series, Tendi shares his life philosophies shaped through his upbringing as a monk and 30+ years spent guiding on Everest and other high altitude peaks in the Himalaya and beyond.

Huge Congrats to HIMALI CoFounder Tendi Sherpa on his 19th Everest Summit!

"Great to be back at lower elevation after summiting Everest on 18th of May and spending almost five days at camp 4 (almost 8000m) taking care of logistics and helping our team.

This is my 19th summits of Everest and non of this was for record or competitions rather my job and passion for mountain led me to this number of summits."
