šŸ˜ž Spending hours on the treadmill or trying crazy meal plans didnā€™t help me. But one simple change made me go from 211 to 131.

I never thought this would be the solution.

Last year, I couldnā€™t even take my dogs to the park. I had no energy to do anything. My lower back always hurt, and it was hard to sit or stand for long.

My ankles and hips were sore, and I had trouble bending down or reaching for things.
