Small business Saturday is tomorrow and I will be set up at the Bob Kirby Library from 10-3 selling all kinds of creations! I’d love to see you tomorrow. There will be several businesses including my sister Paper Trail Art selling some really great things!

We went to Joann’s today to get the fabric for the last blankets for the kids in the hospital and Zane absolutely loved picking things out.

He also loved picking up little toys they had and coloring books and saying “I bet the cancer kids would love this.” His heart is so sweet and I’m so blessed to be his mom.

But this got me thinking. Would anyone want to donate a few dollars so that Zane and I can go shopping for the cancer kids who are going to spend the holidays in the hospital? I think it would mean a whole lot to his heart and mine. Last year we were on survival mode at this time and weren’t able to do much of anything but get through the days. This year we’re in a much better spot emotionally and would love to do what we can.

If you’d like to donate in a monetary way, my Venmo is or if you’d like to gather items to give the kids, let me know and I’ll get them. The next time we go up is December 27, but we may make a special trip the week before to deliver things.

We appreciate everything that has been done for us the past year and we’d really like to bless others any way we can.

For anyone who was going to meet today at 2:30, it’s going to be closer to 3:00 when I get there. Nolan has an archery shoot this afternoon.

I will hang out in the parking lot until 3:30 before me and the kids go in the library to look at books.

Well we got platelets this morning and then our first chemo injection. I think he did well under the circumstances. He didn’t have any reactions which is great!

He really enjoyed having a morning at the clinic/infusion center where he was actually allowed to eat! And someone donated capes so he got to be a superhero today! (Truth be told he’s a super hero everyday.)

Here he is watching Blippi and eating pop tarts while snuggling his cozy cat 🙂 he’s got it made!

We’ll be heading back up Sunday afternoon for stuff Monday. But we get to come home Monday!

All the shirts ordered the first round are done!!

I think I may set up a time on Saturday to be somewhere for everyone to meet and get them if that works for everyone. I think that would be one of the easiest ways. I’m thinking around 2:30 at the bob Kirby library! Let me know if that works for you.

Also, if you haven’t paid yet, please do so before you pick up your shirt 🙂 the best way to pay is probably through Venmo or PayPal. Let me know if you have any problem or need anything in the way of paying.

Of course if you didn’t get to order one the first time around, I’m ordering more shirts Saturday! Let me know if you’d like one and what size you need!

I just wanted to update everyone on the status of shirts and stickers that have been requested. I got the first batch of shirts in and the vinyl should be here tomorrow. I’m hoping to start working on them Tuesday night when I get back from Louisville and have them done by the weekend 🙂

If you requested both, I’ll be packaging them together.

If you’d like to get in on the next batch of shirts I’m ordering let me know in the next couple days!
