The kind of night that makes you stop and stare. 🌕🧡

The moon rising over Lake Huron, glowing an unreal shade of orange during the partial lunar eclipse. For a few minutes, it looked less like a moonrise and more like a sunset happening after dark. 🌊✨

Nature really knows how to show off when you least expect it.

Maggie May goes from adorable little lake dog to full-blown JAWS the second that ball hits the water. Stalking her prey… diving below the surface… jaws locked and ready to attack. 🦈🐾

The ball tried to escape.

The ball failed.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water… MAGGIE MAY HAS ENTERED THE CHAT. 😂🎾

No tennis balls were safe in the making of this reel.

Sandy paws, salty fur, zero regrets. Maggie May gave the beach everything she had today… and apparently left nothing in the tank for the ride home.

This is what a successful adventure looks like. 🤍

Run wild. Get dirty. Chase the ball. Sleep like you pay the van payment. ✌️🐾🚐

Does anyone else ever feel like their brain just has too many tabs open?

There are days when work, life, responsibilities—and everything in between—just feel like too much. I’ll lay in bed exhausted, but my brain refuses to shut off. Thinking about what I need to do, what I didn’t get done, what’s next… all of it.

And when life gets that loud, I’ve learned there’s one place I can always go to quiet it: outside.

Give me mountains, a trail through the woods, or a quiet shoreline where the only thing I can hear is the waves crashing. No notifications. No expectations. No one needing anything from me. Just fresh air, open space, and a little time to breathe.

That’s where I reset. That’s where I feel like myself again.

Sometimes you don’t need to have everything figured out. Sometimes you just need to get somewhere quiet enough to hear yourself again.

Anyone else find their peace outside? 🌲🌊🏔️

New hat. Same Up North attitude. 🌲🤘

Meet our NEW Rockwell Cap — featuring one of our favorites:

WELCOME UP NORTH
MORE TREES. LESS AS****ES. 🌲😂

Because the farther north you go, the better the views get… and the fewer people we need to deal with.

🇨🇦🌊 A little Lake Ontario history…

The name Ontario comes from an Indigenous Iroquoian/Haudenosaunee word, often rendered Ontarí:io, meaning something along the lines of “beautiful lake” or “sparkling waters.” The name has been used for centuries—long before the modern borders of Canada and the United States.

And in my opinion, some names aren’t just names. They’re history. They tell the story of the people and places that came before us.

So I’ll keep calling it Lake Ontario. 🌊
