Update: the Rutland Street Party is happening June 6th, so with the option to keep the original May 30th date for my first spring show or set up during the Street Party, I chose the latter 🍄 Downtown will be blocked off from traffic with fun activities and merchant sales. I'll be on the street in front of Kaleidoscope Art Supply from 10-4ish with some select wares from the vault along with LOTS of armwarmers!! I may even set up my machine for some plein air sewing 🪡 See you then!

If you're gonna be in the Brandon VT area for Memorial Day, swing by A Little Twisted Gallery & Gifts for our Open Studio Weekend popup! The gallery is host to a wide variety of cool, eclectic, pop culture related and unusual artwork and trinkets, plus Jamie's stunning handmade glass ornaments and decor. Jamie will be doing live glassblowing demos, my pal Katelyn of Just Hangin' Plants will be selling her beautiful macrame artwork, and I'll have a smorgasbord of discontinued upcycled pieces plus all the fan favorites including armwarmers 👇 The gallery is right near the center of Brandon on Carver St and it's so easy to walk around our lovely little town. We'll be there Saturday and Sunday the 24th and 25th (Katelyn only Sunday), come on by!

FB made me split this video in half, so here's PART 2 of what I have left after the Winter Ren Faire. Thanks so much to everyone who came out to see me! I sold more pieces than I ever have at any one event but there's still a few things waiting for their forever homes. Be sure to go back and watch part 1 if you haven't already! I had a sudden urge to crochet an army of shelf mushrooms and attach them to my witch hats 🥰 Last pic is the whole crew getting their ✨glow up✨ on my work table. No T*mu crap here - every stitch crocheted by me with wool yarn I sourced secondhand and featuring a wire brim to mold to your style. These beauties will be available for adoption at the Winter Renaissance Faire in Vermont in just a few short weeks!
Witch hat pattern is by Morale Fiber with a few modifications. Shelf mushroom pattern was found free on Ravelry.

You really can't beat a poncho for comfort and simplicity - no sleeves required! These two are both 100% upcycled cotton with big ol' pockets and cute hoods. These and a whole bunch more surprises will be available tomorrow! It's Open Studio Weekend in Vermont and I'm setting up at A Little Twisted Gallery & Gifts for an Oddballs S@le - rehoming the last of some discontinued clothing lines plus some of my best sellers. Coming from The Vaults for this weekend's Oddballs Sale: BABY STUFF. Buttery soft recycled cashmere hats (size 0-3 months) and wool diaper covers - a.k.a. longies and shorties - in all sizes! Longies and shorties were actually what got me started on my sweater upcycling journey, and I sold quite a few for a number of years. This batch is the last of that legacy 🥰 All available at A Little Twisted Gallery & Gifts in Brandon, Vermont 10/5 & 10/6.
