**EXCHANGE POLICY**
Here at Jazzies Boutique we are committed to bringing you the best fashion at the best prices while
providing you with an excellent customer service experience. If THREE days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, fragrance free and smoke free. Items need to be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we will need a receipt, which is emailed right after your purchase, or proof of purchase. We are not responsible for shipping. Return/Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will guarantee you that we will receive your returned item.
