I’ve been doing a lot of vintage repairs lately and I’m having a lot of fun with it! This project was a vintage vest. I replaced all of the piping around the collar, armholes, and bottom that was worn and coming apart.

Sorry I’ve been a little MIA lately. I’ve been so busy sewing I haven’t had time to post much. But I wanted to show everyone the parlor where I do fittings. It’s a small room in my home. I have slowly turned it into an inviting space for my clients and I’m super proud of it. I hope everyone has had a wonderful summer! Now bring on fall! 🍁

created the beautiful prints on this vintage skirt and then brought it to me to replace the hook and eye closures in the back with a zipper and fix the waistline. Not only was it a pleasure to work on a vintage garment but to also contribute to the beauty of this piece of art! Check out her insta and all of the amazing things she’s created!!

It’s prom season! So much glitter, sequins and lace in so many beautiful and fun colors! I love being a part of these young girls high school memories even if it’s just in a hem ❤️

This was one of my all time favorite gowns that I created. This bride came to me with a gown she’d bought off the rack but wasn’t completely in love with it, so we decided to start from scratch. We talked out ideas, hunted for the perfect fabrics, had multiple fittings, and the end result was everything she had hoped for and then some. And it looked incredible on her!! If you have an idea for a gown but can’t find it anywhere, allow me to bring it to life for you and with you! And it doesn’t even have to be a wedding gown! We can create basically anything: dresses, skirts, shirts, pants, jackets, etc. The possibilities for custom sewn pieces are endless! Let’s make something together!
