SHIPPING: It typically takes 4-6 weeks from the time the order is submitted to receive the items, which I then will package and ship everything out within 1-3 days from receiving the product from the supplier. Shipping price will be added to your invoice based on weight. If you are local, you are welcome to pickup to avoid shipping charges. SIZING: Please beware that not all sizing is the same as U.S. I provide a size chart with most items so you can measure your child. RETURNS: I buy and pre-order in large quantities to get the best prices for my customers. I order based off what you order. My business is run out of my home. It is your responsibility to measure your child and order appropriately. Please see above regarding sizing. Therefore, I will not be doing any refunds for sizing. However, if for some reason there is a manufacturing issue, please PM me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work with you to collect pictures of the issue and either issue you a refund, credit or replacement. If you ever have an issue with your purchase, please private message me or email me at [email protected]. I want you to be happy with your product and I will do my best to make it right.
