It's not so glamorous to own your own business at times, let's start with a particular individual that became a customer from 2022. Customer came in and asked to have an item done the same day, we made it happen. 2 months later. Same story. We made it happen. Let's wind down to about 3 months from now. Came in and said he had a funeral " please I'll pay whatever" I told him please understand it's not about the money. It's about the time and the quality of the work. Long story short, I stayed over that night and made it happen for him. When he came in to pick up his items I had two other customers ahead of him. He tried on his items and raved about how great they looked 🙏 I? He said let me go to the car and get you the cash.....🤷 "THIS MOTHER FU**ER" Yes I do get upset at times🫣 and use language of a kind regards as coarse, blasphemous, or otherwise unacceptable.
