•Items must be in NEW condition. Tags must still be attached and the item cannot have been worn, altered, or washed.
•Any items received in worn condition, washed or altered will not be exchanged or receive online store credit.
•Items with makeup on them from trying on will not be accepted for exchange or receive online store credit and the item(s) will be sent back to you.
•Shoes must be returned in the original box received without damage in order to exchange or receive online store credit.
•Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
•Jewelry, underclothing, scarves, hats, belts and online store credit cannot be returned or exchanged.
•EKC reserves the right to refuse the exchange or online store credit of items based upon the item condition.

•If you are not local (Breaux Bridge area), you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of your item(s) being returned.
•Original & Return or Exchange fees are non-refundable.
•Prior to returning items, please see our R&E Policy section above to ensure your items are eligible for R/E.
•Always note your tracking number for your package.
•Once your R/E package is received, please allow 3 business days for processing.
•You will be notified via email when your R/E item package has been received by EKC.
