I forgot to take any pictures of the previous scarf, but I am currently working on the 6th in this set. The weft is handspun merino.

Probably won't get around to rinsing this warp till after Halloween, but I think it will be beautiful. This warp is approximately 12,500 yards of cotton yarn and took about 26 cups of dye 😲

It's a week later than I planned but I finally got the next warp dyed. This is a 26yard cotton warp that will be woven into tea towels. Dyed in a northern lights color pallete

I love seeing a big roll of fabric on my loom. I am just finishing the 5th blanket in this set.

This scarf might be my favorite so far, but I have really high hopes for the next scarf in this set as well. I'm dying the yarn for it tonight.

I should note, I do spun really fine, so 4 oz of wool gives me a lot of yards of yarn. The yarn I'm currently using is a 4 ply because I got carried away seeing how thin I could spin without thinking if it was actually practical 😂

I have been seriously busy weaving and getting ready for Halloween 🎃 this is my first year ever decorating for Halloween and it is so much fun, it'll be something I add to every year

These northern lights scarves are going to be so beautiful. I'll be making them with at least two different weft options, tencel which is a regenerated cellulose fiber made from wood pulp that has a beautiful shine, and tussah silk.
