New warp. I'm pretty sure I say this every time, but I love this warp and pattern, it's gorgeous.

It's a crazy busy week with my kids extracurricular activities, so I am so glad I got a lot of weaving done over the weekend. This warp will be a set of 6 table runners. I have 3 finished already.

Almost done. I would've been done today but I ran out of sewing thread. New plan, finish them tonight and send them to the gallery in the morning.

I am having tension issues with my shuttle, it came with the loom and I have no idea how old it is. I need to clean it and see if that helps.

I am obsessed with Facebook marketplace, my newest purchase was these very functional bookshelves for my cones of yarn. Cotton dust is a huge problem in my studio, so these glass doors should help keep my yarn nice and clean.
I got the blue tea towels hemmed, washed, tagged and ready to ship.
And when I was pulling weeds in my garden , I found this huge surprise radish in my garden, I'm not sure when I even planted Radishes. 🫜

Finished weaving 🥳
Finishing a warp is always fun to me. By the time I am finished weaving all this fabric, I can't wait to start something new. I have already started warping this loom back up in a gradient warp 😂

What I've been working on this week. I think I'm on tea towel #4 for this rainbow warp on the AVL and the blue tea towels are just about finished and ready to cut off the Leclerc loom. Next on the Leclerc will be gradient table runners. I'll be balling that yarn up today.

I can't believe we are half way through January already. I have my first warp of the year finished. Two 52" wide organic cotton blankets woven on my new to me AVL loom. I am getting the hang of this loom, and starting to really like it. This was my second warp on it, and didn't even cry during the warping and weaving process this time. I'm threading heddles on my leclerc loom with a really pretty blue and green warp. And I'm getting my AVL loom set back up with a rainbow warp.

I'm finished! And I'm pretty sure I did right. This is an old 8 shaft AVL loom.

I don't have space in my studio to have both my large looms warped at the same time, so I will finish the warp on my old loom, fold into a corner and then get this new one warped.
