🏊‍♂️ ADVANCED SWIM CONDITIONING IS HERE! 🏊‍♀️

We’re excited to officially introduce Advanced Swim Conditioning, the new name for our Large Group Swim program! 🎉

All swimmers currently enrolled in Large Group Swim during August will be reevaluated throughout the month to ensure they are placed in the class that best matches their current skill level. Our goal is to refine this program and make sure it is reserved for swimmers who are truly ready for advanced training. 💪

If your swimmer needs a little more time to build their skills, they may be recommended to move into a Sea Turtle or Orca class. If that happens, simply stop by the front desk and we’ll be happy to make the adjustment for you. 🤗

We know this is a big change, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue improving our swim program. ❤️

This class is perfect for swimmers preparing to join a swim team or current swim team athletes looking to stay strong during the off-season. Training focuses on endurance, stroke technique, timed sets, and competitive swim conditioning. 🏊‍♂️🔥

✅ Tryout Required
We offer FREE tryouts! Tryouts are scheduled the first class of each month, which may be a Tuesday or Thursday depending on the calendar. Let front desk know you will be joining for a tryout!

Swimmers must demonstrate proficiency in all four competitive strokes, flip turns, and dives before joining the class.

After a few years away, we’re excited to bring back one of our most requested programs! Whether you’re an experienced swimmer looking to improve endurance, refine your technique, or get back into competitive-style training, this class is for you.

🕡 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

💲 Monthly Pricing:
• Members: $100/month
• Non-Members: $160/month

🏊 Who is this class for?
Designed for adults and older teens (ages 16+) who are confident swimmers looking to sharpen their skills through structured workouts.

✅ Class Requirements:
• Ages 16 & up
• Proficient in all four competitive strokes:
▫️ Freestyle
▫️ Backstroke
▫️ Breaststroke
▫️ Butterfly
• Comfortable swimming continuous workouts
• Able to perform legal dives and flip turns

This conditioning class focuses on endurance training, timed sets, stroke refinement, and overall competitive swim conditioning.
