Hello, friends! I am SO excited to be announcing the launch of my online store, Daffodils & Grace! It has been a long time dream to start my own online store, and what better time than now to make that happen!?
As most know, my dad very unexpectedly passed away on Easter Sunday this year. It has been a very hard and emotional roller coaster to be riding. He was the person I went to and asked different sorts of advice, tell my stories to, the person to call and ask that one question you need an answer to, the very first man I loved who took care of his family and loved showing off his love for faith and farming!
During my last conversation with my dad asking for his advice he bluntly told me "You will never know if you don't try! You won't know how it will go if you don't try! You will only find out all your answers if you give it a try!"
As I was thinking about naming my store, I could only think of one man, person and role model that I would like to incorporate into this, my dad! His Faith was number one and he loved Jesus! Farming was his passion as well and he knew things off the top of his head like no one else I know.
Daffodils are the birth flower for the month of March. They're a symbol of rebirth and new beginnings! Grace comes to mind when I think of my dad and wanting to incorporate his true acts of wisdom in my store. He was a graceful man who would help anyone out in a time of need!
