Burnt Ridge Hat Co Quality Made | Handcrafted Hey Y'all! My name is Natalie and I am the Owner of Burnt Ridge Hat Co. This business came about last year 2022 in July.

My husband I were filming for a radio station at Country Fan Fest and I had just gotten a new cowboy hat to wear. I'm originally from Dallas, Texas so it's nothing new to me having multiple cowboy hats and cowboy boots! But I wanted this hat in particular to stand out from the crowd. So that's how Burnt Ridge Hat Co came about! I had quite a few compliments from strangers, and a few friends reach

out asking if I could make them a hat to wear. Everything from this point on has been self taught. Through trial and error and sticking to my beliefs in the amount of unlimited creativity, I grew more confident in producing unique handcrafted designs. With each hat, I learn something new. I hope you can wear this piece of art work confidently and feel inspired the way I felt creating it.

It’s been a while since I’ve reintroduced myself! I’m Natalie, the owner of Burnt Ridge Hat Co.

I started BRHC in 2022, and in 2024 I chose to step back to spend more time with my family. This past year brought a lot of change for us, including welcoming a new little addition to our family of 3 ☺️. It gave me the space to pause and reevaluate the direction of this business.

As we head into 2026 BRHC is looking a little different and that’s intentional. The custom hat world has become incredibly saturated, and I feel the drive to expand beyond it 😊

I’d love for you to continue this journey with me as a mom of two and a creative growing this brand. Thank you for being here and supporting this next chapter of Burnt Ridge 💜

The Hat:
Worn through the dust of , this hat came back needing a fresh shape and a new story.

The Story:
I redesigned it with a room in mind—textures, rust, smoke, and that warm, lived-in feel. If this hat were a space, this moodboard is exactly what it would look like.

Blending my interior design background of 6+ years with hat design just feels natural—so expect more textures, home inspo, and moodboards woven into future pieces.
