Things have been busy at the Studio! But not because of crafting. No, I've been busy getting ready for the newest edition to our little family.
Gwendolyn May was born on October 26. She is teeny tiny, darn near perfect and adored by her brothers. We are blessed! A good reason to put creativity on hold.

So it's brought to my attention that I am not good at making life announcements on Instagram and not all my followers use Facebook. So...
We're having another baby! Those of you who don't know me this is baby #3 and the first girl! Our boys are 3ish and 2ish and very excited to be big bros. Baby girl is due Nov 1.
Sadly this does mean that my Studio will be taken over in the distant future, as it is the only spare room in the house. But we will cross the bridge when we come to it. There's no way I'll stop crafting, it'll just be in a different space! Worth it, if you ask me.

Diving into a new project. My 2yr old son is upgrading to a new bed and I'm making a custom blanket to go with it. Layers of fleece with a crochet boarder, cozy!

Whew! Got them blankets done early this morning with the aid of my little guy, who LOVES to "help" mommy sew. These should be a great blessing to my friend, who is expecting twins!!! 😳
