We are seeking applications for an Accounting Clerk - a full-time in-office opportunity at either our Brookfield, MO HQ or at the Varsity offices in Farmers Branch, TX.

The accounting clerk creates customer invoices and ensures accurate billing - monitors accounts receivable - reconciles balance sheet reports and resolves any discrepancies - interacts with customers to resolve any billing or payment issues.
Qualifications required - practical experience with electronic billing procedures - proficiency in data entry - experience with Quickbooks and SAP - strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite - analytical and data gathering skills - excellent communication and organizational skills.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a billing analyst or similar account experience is preferred. Associate's degree in accounting, finance or business-related fields is required - Bachelor's degree is a plus.
