• To be honest I struggle with #3… working from home 🏡, it can be challenging to pay enough attention to my not so littles. With a 9 and 12 year old now, I see them thrive so much better throughout the day with routine times dedicated to them!! When I don’t and expect them to handle more then they should, that leaves me feeling guilty and them resentful to my work!! 🤦🏼‍♀️
