It’s hard to act like “business as usual” after what happened this past week in D.C. Like the majority of the world, we are deeply disturbed by the attack on the Capital, in one of the cities we love coming to, where so many of our customers & loved ones live and work. Our hearts are with you, our country & everyone impacted by this horrific violence.

We know there is much confusion, fear, uncertainty & healing to do in our country. We have found post, “How to Lean Into Heartbreak”, shared in our stories to be helpful, processing what happened and next steps, and hope you do too. Additionally, is a wonderful, neutral resource on Constitutional facts and related information on the current situation in the U.S.

We hope from this terrible event, we can come together with more understanding, productive communication, empathy & progress, regardless of political affiliation. We wish you all peace & safety in this new year and times we are in. 🙏🏼

The Malala Fund breaks down the barriers preventing more than 130 million girls around the world from going to school. Malala is fighting to give back to girls what poverty, war and discrimination tried to take away. This donation will help give all girls the opportunity to learn and lead.
