Please - spare yourself the headache. And spare us to.
If we list a product here for sample sale - and you are worried about being SCAMMED - SAVE YOURSELF THE ANXIETY, save yourself the Headache . And save US from wasting our time to - HUST DONT REACH OUT, DONT SEND YOUR MONEY - DONT BUY THE PRODUCT
Life is easier for all of us that way.
1. I’m not interesting in doing a good service for the artisanal community and when you don’t get a tracking number your a rubbing to PayPal and filing claims. All over the internet accusing us of being scammers
2. I run a real business. A better one than most - owning our own production facilities, our brand and store 100%
There is no product we sell that we cannot ship - none whatsoever.
3. PayPal is not a place I go to everyday- so I’ve had people file disputes/ claims and I don’t know. Now they e gotten thier product and think I am going to argue with them about paying for items THEY RECEIVED - I won’t. It’s not the best use of my time and it’s actually dishonest.
Here is the deal - you got product/ you got got money back - if you lack the honesty and decency to play fo items you received - then Something is wrong in your soul. That’s a your problem
4. Lastly - I run a very complex business, we don’t make millions but we make HUNDREDS OF THOUSAND OF DOLLARS every year. We have customers who spend Tens of thousands of dollars with us every year. What I find is the people who spend the least- give the MOST PROBLEMS.
Simple, if you are worried about being SCAMMED - JUST DONT BUY . Life is easier for everyone that way.
Even typing this message is a complete WASTE OF MG PRODUCTIVE TIME.
Nevertheless, I had to do it as now we have 4 PayPal claims for orders ALREADY SHIPPED. One person got his products? PayPal gave him his money back and he refused to do the respectful thing.
A sample sale is not my main business and I simply don’t have time for the nonsense.
To the people who live our company and understand and appreciate what we do - I say thank you 🙏
But if your are impulsive and anxious about being scammed - DONT REACH OUT TO US - don’t attempt to buy anything - we don’t need the headache.
