Isaboko is a clothes making project dedicated to turning vintage kimonos and obis into new pieces, and honoring the weavers, dyers, and silkworms of the original materials.

10 new zatsuyō jackets out today! One of one button down jacket made from vintage kimonos and obis from the late Shōwa era (1960-1989) finished with red cotton thread and reclaimed workwear buttons.
100% silk outer shell and lining.

wool Pazu pants.

The wool prototype of the sold out pazu pants. Since I am the only one stubborn enough to wrangle the very way too thick drawstring waist band of these i guess i have to keep them 🫡
