New tonight! I love my collection of prints, but find I’m searching for something more calming in my makes these days. Organic hemp/cotton blends, striped cotton canvas, and the softest brushed cotton twill going up tonight! 6pm EST.

No plastic in our fabric; no plastic in our packaging. From our wrapping and mailers to the back of our sticker sheets and mailing labels (thank you, !). It’s a small thing, but one we spent lots of time thinking about. There are lots of “green” options out there, including the ubiquitous “plant-based” poly mailers, but even our research showed those to involve an insane amount of chemical processing and they won’t fully decompose. Our paper mailers have made it from NYC to Vancouver and LA, without a rip.

I had given up knitting this in secret, so I was surprised when my husband was surprised to get it for Christmas! This cabled hat ( ) went together a treat in this very cool recycled merino from (via LYS ). I’m sure Nihal won’t mind my borrowing it on occasion... did you finish your homemade gifts in time? Do your spouses/roommates pay any attention to what you’re making?
