In loving memory of the icon, Dolly Parton. More than the queen of country music, she was an ally, she lifted people up. She never forgot her Smokey mountain roots, and was a job creator for her rural community and a literacy advocate. A matriarch to so many, a self made legend. She will be an emblem of feminine power for generations to come.

Jean Paul Gaultierā€™s Autumn/Winter 2007 runway collection drew inspiration from royalty and military pageantry while blending masculinity and femininity. The silhouettes featured tight trousers, intricate outerwear, tall boots, and gorgeous embroidery. There was also a strong Scottish and Celtic influence, with tartan, kilts, angora, argyle, and knits throughout the collection. Model Coco Rocha opened the show with a Celtic dance, having a background as a former competitive Irish step dancer. The collection also featured beautiful outerwear, including python coats, leather-lined trench coats, and utilitarian-inspired designs with built-in backpacks. āœØāœØāœØ Come visit us at 23 Bogart street
