One of the most meaningful parts of running this business has been watching communities and support systems show up for one another.

So far this year, through fundraisers hosted with our business, we have been able to donate over $7,000 back to local teams, families, organizations, and causes. That number represents so much more than sales - it represents people coming together to support others when it matters most.

We’ve had the privilege of seeing friends, families, schools, teams, coworkers, and entire communities rally around people and causes they care about, and it never goes unnoticed. The generosity and support we see through every fundraiser is something we are incredibly grateful to witness.

To everyone who has trusted us with their fundraiser, shared a post, placed an order, or supported along the way - thank you. Supporting our small business has allowed us to continue supporting others, and that means more to us than we can put into words. 🫶♥️

We want to address an issue that has affected some recent DTF printed orders.

After receiving customer feedback, we worked directly with our supplier and identified information regarding the application process that required adjustment. We have since corrected the issue and completed additional testing, including wash testing, to ensure future orders meet our quality standards.
We temporarily paused DTF production while we finalize testing and updated procedures. We are now back up and running.

We have been in contact and are working with recent customers this has affected.

We take pride in the products we create and stand behind our work. Any customers experiencing issues with recent orders are encouraged to contact us directly so we can make it right.

We also want to sincerely thank those who reached out and brought these issues to our attention. Customer feedback allows us to identify problems quickly, make improvements, and ensure we continue delivering products we stand behind.

We appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding while we work through this.
