Arguably the greatest photoshoot of all time, preceded by the best ever performance by the USMNT in a World Cup, in the Summer of 2002 these photos were taken at a park in Cary, North Carolina.

Featuring stars of the tournament, Landon Donovan, Brian McBride, DaMarcus Beasley, Clint Mathis, Cobi Jones, & Pablo Mastroeni, the question is posed: do the USMNT stars of today take themselves too seriously to be captured this way? Will any photoshoot ever top this one?
