… Look I have eyelashes y’all! Thanks to this filter used on me after she did my hair a while back. 😂😂 Seriously tho, my lashes are so short. Like ridiculously short. They’re probably an 1/8 of an inch long. But I have to go out next week & I think I want to get some lashes put on. 🤔Natural looking ones of course. Any suggestions where I should go in BK or the city? Because I damn sure can’t apply them myself. 🥴

What up Fam?!! I’m finally back to feeling like myself & we are outside! Well Marley’s been outside lol. She went back to school last week. But yesterday was legit the first day I felt fully 💯 % like me. 🙏🏾

As you can see Baby girl has pink hair. Took these pics this morning with her bestie at school. braided it yesterday. Tbh, I still can’t believe I let her get pink hair. She’s 6. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I didn’t change my hair color until I was in my 20’s. Swipe & you’ll see when I used to get doobies & dye my hair black all the time. (5&6)Then I had copper highlights while living in LA. (7) When I moved back to NY, I went a full gingery coppery type color which I loved. (8) I thought it highlighted my eyes. And then finally I went full blond. (9) Come to think of it, the last time I was blond was 10 years ago. You couldn’t tell me nothin with blond hair. 😂

Anyway, I’m always asking where Marley gets certain traits & characteristics from & most of my friends roll their eyes like really?! 🫣 But I didn’t want pink hair at 6. I wasn’t even thinking about that. So now I’m curious … How old were you when you first colored your hair or added colored extensions? And moms with daughters … at what age did you let them alter their hair color, if at all?? My sister friend says it’s cool because not only am I teaching her to love her hair, but how versatile & magical it is too! 💕
